Although most of our motor yachts and houseboats have very low vertical clearance, there are also bridges that need to be opened for a drive-through. Some of these bridges, bridge money is due.
The tariff (between ca 0.80 and 6:50 euros, depending on the number of to-use bridges) is specified at the bridge and collects the money from the bridge operator. This is usually done with a wooden shoe that is attached to a fishing rod.
Tip: Bring from home a little set of coins with you, because there is no change to the bridges.
